As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, CrossFit Level 1 and 2 coach, USA Weightlifting certified trainer, and a two time HYROX athlete, I bring real experience and proven programming to every session. Whether you are brand new to training or pushing for your next level, your plan will meet you where you are and take you where you want to go.
