I’m all about empowering people to reach their fitness goals. That’s why I founded MikeSamFitness to coach and connect with people who are ready to show up for themselves and put in real work. I’m not here to throw random workouts at you. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), CrossFit Level 1 and 2 coach, and USA Weightlifting certified trainer, I bring structure, strategy, and purpose to every session. Whether you're new to training or ready to level up, I’ll build a personalized plan that meets you where you are and gets you where you want to go.
